About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and targets.

- Create engaging, shareable content that fosters interaction and stands out in the digital landscape.
- Analyze and report on the performance of our social media campaigns to optimize engagement and reach.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, and strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Run social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive traffic to our websites.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to broaden our reach and enhance our marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B and B2C.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
